How Your Funds Are Protected
Betable keeps player funds separate from corporate funds, by holding them in a separate bank account. The balance of funds owed to players is never used in the running of the business. Betable reconciles the amount held in the player funds account monthly, at a minimum, to ensure that there is a balance at least equal to the amount held to the credit of registered players. Your funds may not be protected in the case of bankruptcy. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the minimum requirement.
